Ratings

SCF has rated each member of the United States Senate based on the votes cast in 2008. The SCF scorecard is based on a large number of votes, making it impossible for liberal Republicans to hide behind a few, high-profile votes. SCF will use these ratings as a factor in determining its endorsements for 2010 and beyond.
